Building is a bit old, curtains and floor were somewhat dirty. The comforter on the bed was dirty too and the bed was a bit stiff.
Location to Temple Street night market n mrt. Relatively big room with comfy beds. Everything was clean n tidy.
Some of the furniture was a bit dated

The building is really old, the elevator was slow and scary, the room smelled musty, safe was broken, there was no hot water, the view from my room was absolutely horriific (caved in buildings, etc)

1.Room's air conditioner is not adjustable of its air outlets and noises.2.And the another room's air conditioner will leak biogas of toilet and kitchen fumes.The only problem of the hotel is improve its hardware of air conditioner.
Friendly and helpful staffs, hotel location excellent, very near to bus station and MTR station, many restaurants and shops around, room was spacious clean, definitely will stay again next trip.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. When arrived we had issues with our app payment and they offered us cash to pay the taxi which was a great help. The room was spacious and clean. A bonus the first lot of the minibar was on the house.

The location is amazing with the metro just outside the hotel, very easy to move around Hong Kong. The hotel holds your luggage in case you needed which is helpful as well.My room did not have great view, but apart from that everything was good

Turned up at 1am and the incorrect room was given ( we were missing a bed ) An extra bed was bought in very late Then the jacuzzi bath didn’t work ( which they knew when checking us in ) offered to change our rooms but the new room was a smaller one
Very nice hotel on a good location. Spacious room, living room and one more bedroom. Nice bathroom with bath tube with jacuzzi. Very clean.

Location is prime for night markets, and commutable to most locations. Staff were very nice, helpful and prompt. Spoke good English. Highly recommend.
